6 weeks old

We have been having so much fun! Lately Caleb has been giving us LOTS of smiles and laughs, we also love to have dance parties in the Baby Bjorn, and it's never a dull day when we are playing in our jungle in our Superman onesie.

5 weeks and milestone

Caleb has now learned to grasp things. One of his favorite things to grasp is Mama's hair.




Caleb is 5 weeks old this week and growing like a weed. I know these things are not very accurate but I weighed him at home and the scale read 14.5 pounds! He sure could be because he is growing out of his clothes so fast and he is so long, he looks a lot older than his 5 week self, especially when he is next to other babies his age, like Aubrey who is 9 days older than he is...see post below.

when?

When can I wear my old pants again? When can I wear some of my shoes again that are not flippies? When can I wear my wedding rings again? Oh how I miss these things so...So I just have to post about this because I went to put on my ballet style flats today and they don't fit! They're too tight. I've been wearing my flippies all summer and now that's it;s cold out, I have to wear other shoes. At least this gives me an excuse to go and buy a new pair. The gym will take care of the 13 pounds of baby weight that I still have to lose, and I hope my knuckles will get back to normal in a couple weeks, otherwise I will have to get my rings re-sized. I may just have to get used to this new body of mine that may not ever get to back to being what I once knew as normal and I'm ok with that.

Bad angle, but it says 1 month 9-13-10!

I have been a bad blogger lately but seriously where can I find the time to sit and download pics and then upload to my blog all the while trying to nurse Caleb, snuggle, change diapers, settle, eat myself, clean, and try to shower every day. Nonetheless, here are a slew of random photos to keep ya'll happy for a bit. I promise I will get better. Perhaps I should ask my husband to give me some blog time each night...I know your reading this hunny :-)
